SANCTIFY YOURSELF 3F

Whenever you clean up, you position yourself for the wonders of God. Whenever God asks me to drop something, sometimes, I struggle but I know that it is in my best interest to do so. When I drop the thing, I always experience great promotion. God wants to promote you. The best promotion you can have is divine promotion. God wants to elevate the Church but is the Church ready to drop the things that she needs to drop?

To be sanctified, you need to go beyond the camp. Jesus went beyond the camp in order to sanctify (Heb. 13:12).

• You need to break away from religion, break away from personal ambition, self pride, idolatry (idolatry of tribalism, favouritism and nepotism).
• You need to embrace God.
• You need to imbibe the nature of God.
• You need to learn to have fellowship one with another according to 1 John 1:7-10.
• You need to acknowledge your short comings; if you fail to do this, you cannot truly repent. You cannot repent of a sin that you have not acknowledged you committed. You cannot repent of a sin you rationalize. All unrighteousness is sin. Sin is missing God’s mark. Sin is misaligning with the word of God. If God says, flee from every appearance of evil and you decide to frolic with evil not just the appearance of it, you have missed it completely.

One of the worst things that can happen to anyone is to come to a point where God no longer rebukes the person. May that never happen to you in the mighty name of Jesus.

PRAYER

• Lord, I desire to see your wonders in my life, help me to clean up.
• I acknowledge that I have not measured up in line with your word in every aspect of my life. Lord, I acknowledge that I have missed your mark in many ways – in the words of my mouth, in the things I allow to come into my thoughts, in my thinking self and in my decisions.
• I acknowledge that I have made several wrong decisions. In any way, Lord, that I have ever misaligned my will to your revealed will, today, I ask you to have mercy on me. I acknowledge that I was wrong, please forgive me. Help me. Cleanse me. Purge me. Purify me. Make me holy. I want to be pure for the rest of my life.
• Lord, as I have fellowship one with another, I ask O God that the precious blood of your Son, Jesus Christ, will continue to cleanse me.
• I appropriate the cleansing ministry of the precious blood of Jesus upon my body, soul, spirit, mind, will, emotion, initiative, personality. Every aspect of my life, I bring to light. The innermost recesses of my heart, Lord, I bring to light, let your light shine. Let darkness dissolve and disappear in the name of Jesus.
• In any way that I have ever yielded to things I should renounce, today, I am sorry. I repent. Help me Lord to flee from every appearance of evil and never again to vote for nonsense, never again to yield to nonsense in the mighty name of Jesus.
• Help me to hate evil the way you do and to love what you love in the name of Jesus.
• Thank you blessed Lord, I give you glory. Through you I shall do valiantly.
• Lord, make my life progressively sanctified. As I continue to walk hand in hand with you, let your light continue to shine upon my path. Make my path the path of the righteous that shines from brightness to brightness unto a perfect day.
• Work out of your plans for my destiny and show me your mercy, love and kindness in Jesus name I pray. Amen!
