SEVEN STRATEGIES FOR WINNING IN THE FIELD

2. Prepare for Rephidim.
Rephidim is a desert place, a physical place south of Judah. It is a desert. A place where there is no water. A barren place. On your journey to the promised land get ready for Rephidim. That was where the children of Israel parked and when they did, they discovered that there was no water. There, Moses received a strategy. May God give us leaders like Moses. One word I love so much is strategy; there is no situation that is so difficult that has no strategy that can make it cheap. For every stubborn situation, there is a strategy that can solve it. The greatest strategist is God. When we connect to him and ask him for strategy in the place of prayer, he will give us the strategy that will make the battle cheap no matter how bad the situation is. How do we apply this? For a student, there is no course that is difficult; all you need is Holy Ghost assisted performance and you will score goals while others are struggling. Receive the grace in the powerful name of Jesus. God gave Moses a strategy that brought water out of the barren location. May the living water flow in all our barren and Rephidim locations in the mighty name of Jesus. Deserts are very dangerous locations. In the same vein, there are a lot of people with dangerous spirits. May you never connect to them in Jesus’ name. Whatever anyone who has a desert spirit touches dries up. Even if taken to the ocean, they will create a desert out of it. May the Lord cause his living water to flow and water all the ridges of our lives and convert all the desert areas to flourishing fields in the mighty name of Jesus. When the world is screaming recession, connect to God. A global recession is looming, connect to God. It is all about alignments. You cannot get to Jerusalem if you are facing Egypt. If you enthrone someone who is from an evil platform, there is bound to be problems. The world recession will accelerate the emergence of the antichrist. We need therefore understand the times and the seasons. You cannot please God if you decide to align with the enemies of Israel. God himself said, I will curse them that curse Israel and I will bless them that bless Israel (Gen 12:3).

3. Divine strategy.
What is a strategy? It is the acts of a general, the art of planning and directing overall military operations and movements in a war or battle. A leader must have strategies. How prepared are you for the field? What is your strategy for dominion over snakes, sharks, worshippers of baal, and the Amalekites that you will meet in the field? What is your strategy for the coming recession? Every tragedy in life can be traced to a snake in the garden. How can you win the battle in the field when your home is shattered? You need get it right in the garden of the home.
