NO MORE LIMITS I

THE IMPLICATIONS OF THE RESURRECTION FROM THE PERSPECTIVE OF BARRIERS ROLLED AWAY

“The first day of the week cometh Mary Magdalene early, when it was yet dark, unto the sepulchre, and seeth the stone taken away from the sepulchre. Then she runneth, and cometh to Simon Peter, and to the other disciple, whom Jesus loved, and saith unto them, They have taken away the LORD out of the sepulchre, and we know not where they have laid him. Peter therefore went forth, and that other disciple, and came to the sepulchre. So they both together: and the other disciple did outrun Peter, and came first to the sepulchre. And he stooping down, and looking in, saw the linen clothes lying; yet went not in. Then cometh Simon Peter following him, and went into the sepulchre, and seeth the linen clothes lie, And the napkin, that was about his head, not lying with the linen clothes, but wrapped together in a place by itself. Then went in also that other disciple, which came first to the sepulchre, and he saw, and believed. For as yet they knew not the scripture, that he must rise again from the dead”.

John 20:1-9, KJV

Everything that has tied you down is hereby untied in the mighty name of Jesus. Everything that has wrapped you up is hereby unwrapped, removed and rolled away in the name of Jesus. No more limits. Every fetter is cut off. Every cord is broken. Every satanic agenda is cut off. Anything that weighs down is hereby dismantled in the name of Jesus. Every chain is broken. Every hindrance is rolled away. Every blockade dissolves and disappears in the name of Jesus.

Confess:

• No more limits. I cannot be hindered. I cannot be fettered. I cannot be bound in the name of Jesus.

It is important to know the divine agenda. Knowledge is very important. Those who don’t know do not even know what to expect. Those who don’t know don’t even know when prophecy is being fulfilled in their lives or when they even become part of fulfilment of prophecy. Prophecy can be either positive or negative, that is why knowledge is very important.

There are so many limitations everywhere today. People who are supposed to be walking in limitless possibilities are hindered in one way or the other. At times, they can become part of the hindrance themselves. Many a times, it is not really circumstances that hinder people, they are the ones hindering themselves. One of the ways through which they hinder themselves is through lack of knowledge. Even the disciples of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ who had spent three and half years with him didn’t know the essence of his coming. They didn’t realize that their master came to die so that they can live. As simple as this was, they didn’t know until it happened. Everything took them unawares.

There is something very interesting whenever you study the life of Jesus Christ especially with respect to his death, burial and resurrection. It is the story of Mary Magdalene. She was so connected. Who was Mary Magdalene? She was that lady who was so demonized that Jesus had to cast out seven demons out of her. When the demons left, she became so fanatically in love with Jesus Christ that she spared not. You can imagine what was going on in her mind after the burial of Jesus and that was why she got up very early in the morning to go to the grave.

Some records have it that she was actually going to the grave to embalm Jesus. Remember that even when Jesus was still alive, she came to him with an alabaster box of very expensive perfume which she poured on his head (Matt. 26:7). According to records, the cost of that perfume was huge probably purchased with her annual savings. She poured it lavishly on Jesus Christ. By so doing, she was actually fulfilling prophecy without realizing it. May you be part of fulfilment of positive prophecy in the mighty name of Jesus.
