2023/2024 OPERATION 18-18 – (REDEMPTION THROUGH THE CROSS: CONSECRATION IV)

The Bible says, “Deep calleth unto deep” (Psalm 42:7), God does not shout, he ministers to your spirit man. You have to be deeply connected to hear God. God is a spirit and those who worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth (John 4:24).

Using Jer. 14:20-22, we need to do some identificational repentance before going to the cross.

“We acknowledge, O LORD, our wickedness, and the iniquity of our fathers: for we have sinned against thee. Do not abhor us, for thy name’s sake, do not disgrace the throne of thy glory: remember, break not thy covenant with us. Are there any among the vanities of the Gentiles that can cause rain? or can the heavens give showers? art not thou he, O LORD, our God? therefore we will wait upon thee: for thou hast made all these things.”

Jeremiah 14:20-22, KJV

I just want to use this scripture to explain the basis for our prayers so that we don’t pray mechanically. We want to strike the winning blow and reconfigure things in the realm of the spirit, restructure the realm of the spirit in line with God’s purposive will for our destinies, cut off the hand of the adversary, undo everything the enemy has done and take back all that the enemy has blocked.

I want to address one enemy that a lot of people overlook. It is very dangerous and a well blocker. In Gen. 26:12-19, we saw how Isaac’s wells were blocked, Abraham’s wells were also blocked resulting in generational blockade and his son also inherited it reducing his efforts to nothing. We see the agents of blockade, the Philistines. These are the forces unleashed to ensure that your efforts don’t amount to fruits. They want to create barrenness and make life difficult for the children of God. Learn to say no.

Nothing blocks the heavens like idolatry. Idolatry is nothing but perversion of worship. Worship is worth-ship. One of the greatest definitions of faith I love so much is, faith is correct placement of value in our relationship with our heavenly Father. That is why there is no need to teach faith to a worshipper because the foundation of worship is love, loving God to the extent that the idea of substituting that love for anything else does not even remotely exist.

Your worship should be to Jehovah the only living God. The Church is producing workers and people are climbing the ecclesiastical ladder without being worshippers. God is not looking for workers. Martha was a worker while Mary was a worshipper; Jesus said Mary made the best choice.

I want to raise worshippers. Most of the people who go to Church today have their hearts made up about other things, they are looking for a God to use and not a God to serve, not a God to worship. Modern day idolatry has eaten deep into people who go to Church today. The problem is that if you teach people giving before making them worshippers, they can never be worshippers.
