2023/2024 OPERATION 18-18 – (LIFTED ABOVE EVIL COVENANTS 3C)

Things don’t make sense anywhere worship is perverted. Perversion of worship is idolatry. Value is very important. You attend our meetings because of the value you place in your relationship with God because you know that there is something in it for you that you can download. That is placement of value. If you are a money chaser you will not attend our meetings but if you are a God chaser, this is the place for you.

Money is also a measure of value. Worship is placement of value. Faith is placement of value in our relationship with God. Jesus made a categorical statement, you cannot worship God and mammon (Matt 6:24); the two are mutually exclusive. Anywhere money is put side by side God, not even above God, worship is perverted. This is the problem of the prosperity message.

Perversion of worship is idolatry. Satan is a pervert. His heart deceived him in heaven and God cast him down with his team of supporters. When he got down, he started to pervert worship because he knows the power of worship. He seeks to pervert your worship.

The greatest problem of man is man’s will in union with the will of the snake, what theologians call “the unified intelligence’. It is only the cross that can destroy it and that is why Jesus said you cannot be his disciple until you learn to deny self and carry the cross (Luke 9:23).

The temptation and struggle to pervert is always there, it is very strong. The devil uses what he knows is your pet project to tempt you at a time when he feels you cannot say no. That is why you must have dominion over money so that the devil will not tempt you with it.

Your faith should not be built on things, rather, it must be theocentric; trusting God no matter how, looking onto him. Focus on him. Become so fanatically in love with God that the idea of substituting that love for anything else does not even remotely exist. That is why you don’t need to teach a true worshipper faith. He is already full of faith and faithful. You don’t teach a true worshipper fear of God. The only place a true worshipper can steal money is where God cannot catch him. You don’t teach a true worshipper holiness, he loves God to the point of loving what God loves and to the extent of hating what God hates. That is the complete holiness; it is not loving God and loving a little of what God loves, or compromising. Yes, God is love but God does not love your sin. He hates sin and that was why he sent his son to judge it on the cross.

Pray –

• Lord, please help me and help every preacher of your word, help every man and woman of God. Help every deacon and deaconess. Help everyone that names the name of the Lord to depart from iniquity and to straighten up their theology.
• Help us to break away from the ensnarement and pollution that come with mammon. Help us, Lord, to love you above all else. To love you above self, above money, above anything down here and make heaven more real to us than any earthly thing can ever be in the name of Jesus.
• Father, please, make me a true worshipper; a worshipper in spirit and in truth. Do not allow me to be ensnared. Do not allow money to have me. Help me to have comprehensive dominion over money in Jesus name.
• Lord, help me to throw away every idol and embrace you and come into a closer relationship with you in the name of Jesus Christ. Grant me this grace and let your name be magnified.
• When people see me, Lord, may they see your glory in the name of Jesus. Make me a worthy ambassador of Christ in the name of Jesus. Establish me in holiness, in righteousness and in your wisdom in the mighty name of Jesus.
• Grant me grace to continue to walk hand in hand with you so that your purpose may be fulfilled in my life.
• Jesus, you have gone to prepare a place for me, please prepare me for that place so that where you are, there also I will be to rendezvous with you in glory in Jesus name.
• Thank you Lord. I love you. I worship you. I declare that my worship is not for sale. My worship is for you and you alone. You deserve it, unto you alone will I give it unreservedly in Jesus name.
