A Message delivered on 25^th of December

PRAYER POINTS

• Father, we celebrate you. Thank you for giving us your Son. We celebrate your faithfulness. We celebrate your love. We celebrate your kindness. Blessed be your precious name.
• Our heavenly Father, we thank you for seeing us through and making us to see another 25^th of December. We can never thank you enough; worthy are you Lord to receive all our praise, all adoration and thanksgiving. Blessed be your name.
• Thank you everlasting and most merciful Father, all glory belong to you forever. Thank you, Lord, for all the blessings you have bestowed upon us this year. We declare that from the rising of the sun even unto the going down of the same, your name alone shall be praised. For you have spoken in your holiness, we will rejoice. Blessed be your name.
• Thank you for your wonders in our lives. Thank you for the power of your outstretched hand protecting us, shielding us, providing for us, guiding us, leading us, lifting us, fighting for us and not allowing our foes triumph over us. Thank you for not allowing our adversaries to say aha, aha.
• Thank you for frustrating every token of hell, disappointing the devices of the enemy. Thank you for cutting of their hands.
• Thank you for your wonders in our lives; you are the alpha and the omega, the beginning and the end, the first and the last, thank you so much. May your name be magnified. Great is your faithfulness, O God, in Jesus mighty name, we pray.

I need to reiterate that Jesus was not born on December 25^th; there are historical evidences to that effect, so we do not celebrate the day. One of the things that people love to do is to idolize everything and it is from the heart of perversion, from the heart of idolatry. Idolatry is inevitable anywhere value is perverted. Anywhere the snake in the garden manifests, there will be perversion, there will be corruption, twisting of facts and smuggling in of error. One small error is enough to pervert everything.

Ironically, the people that celebrate 25^th of December the most are idolaters. The volume of sin that has been committed today is indescribable by people who don’t even understand anything about Christmas; all they know that it is something to celebrate. That is the world for you! If you go through Church history, you will marvel. When political patronage becomes acceptable in the Church, pollution is inevitable. That is why the wise knows how to keep them at bay.

That was what happened during the reign of Emperor Constantine (AD 306-337) who brought in a lot of syncretism, mixtures and pollutions and twisting of history. The Church opened up to the world and the world came into the Church to the extent that there was no difference between the two. 25^th of December was the birthday of Tammuz the idolatrous son of queen Semiramis and the great strong man who built Babylon, Nimrod. If you read the book, Mystery Babylon, you will get more information on this. There is so much pollution, so much dilution, so much perversion, so much twisting of facts. All these happened over three hundred years after the death of Jesus Christ. Once you bring in perversion, the Holy Spirit leaves. So, what do we celebrate? We celebrate Jesus, we celebrate the fact that he was born, the essence of his person and his ministry and the purpose for which he came. Should we wait for 25^th of December to do this? No! That is why we are sons and daughters of the living God. Every day, every passing moment, we celebrate him.
