CONFRONTING THE AGENTS OF DEVALUATION IX

10. The emptiness of Godlessness. Anyone who is godless will continue to chase shadows because there is a hole in the heart of man which only God can fill.

11. The foolishness of worldliness. Christians must be very careful of this. A fool says in his heart, there is no God just enjoy yourself. You are becoming what you eat; mind what you eat. God chasers don’t eat nonsense. Daniel and his friends purposed in their hearts that they were not going to be defied by the food that came from the king’s table because they knew the implications of defilement. Defilement leads to disrobement and anything that is disrobed is demoted. If you don’t want to be demoted, flee defilement. There are so many agents of defilement today; every agent of defilement is an agent of devaluation. As a young person who wants to go far in life, flee sexual immorality. There is something called the sex trap which faces every young person. Pray for your children that they will not fall. There is so much perversion in the world today, wrong is celebrated while right is downgraded. There is so much impunity and so much impurity, so much defilement and so many agents of devaluation, destiny destroyers, star chasers, destiny killers and hijackers of destiny all over the place, agents of devaluation. Pray against every agent of devaluation on your path. Father arrest every agent of devaluation set against your purpose in my life in the name of Jesus. We raise the blood of Jesus against them and decree their total extermination. Make it impossible for us to say yes when we should say No. I pray for myself, for every member of my family and every member of this ministry. Father, we desire to do your will. Help us, O God, to flee every appearance of evil. We re-dedicate our lives afresh to you; help us to be people who tremble at your word in Jesus name.

12. Beware of the certainty of eternity. More often than not, people tend to forget this. If you don’t have eternity in view, there is no how you will make heaven. Nobody stumbles into heaven by chance. If you don’t have eternity in view, your choices will be wrong, you will want to just satisfy the moment. You will not think far if you don’t have eternity in view. You will chase and live on things – what to live, what to wear and so on. Where do you want to spend eternity? Talk to God right now.
