DEALING WITH AGENTS OF DARKNESS I

Text: Psa. 71

PRAY –

• In you, O Lord, do we put our trust, let us never be put to confusion, deliver us in your righteousness and cause us to escape. Incline your ear unto us and save us. be thou our strong habitation whereunto we may continually resort in the name of Jesus.
• Let the thunder of God’s power move against any evil altar bearing our names. Let the thunder of God’s power reply any evil summon in the name of Jesus.
• Let the thunder of God’s power silence the voice of occultism, silence the voice of idolatry, silence every voice of evil projection and pronouncement in the name of Jesus.
• Let the thunder of God’s power break every curse, roll away every satanic architecture and destroy every evil network in the name of Jesus.
• Father, render our adversaries inoperable forever in the name of Jesus, make them fail in everything they do in the mighty name of Jesus.
• Lord, we thank you for it is written, thou shall increase our greatness and comfort us on every side in the name of Jesus.
• It is written, they are fallen and put to shame that seek our hurt in the name of Jesus.
• We dedicate the trophies to you Lord, in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Ghost in Jesus name.

Psa. 93 is not only a Psalm of dominion but also a Psalm of dedication. Until you surrender to his Lordship, he does not force anybody. The Lord cannot reign when you are the Lord of the manor.  Many homes are headless, a lot of men have abdicated their responsibility of priesthood to their wives. They are too big to come to Church. Do you know that anyone who does not have reverential fear of God is a fool? Do you know that anyone who is living a Godless life is a fool? (Psalm 14:1). Husband is not a title, it is responsibility. If you are not the priest of your home, you have failed no matter how much you have. The easiest thing that can develop wings is money.

As a man, where are you leading your family to? God will hold you responsible just as he held Adam responsible in the garden of Eden. “Adam, where art thou?” (Genesis 3:9). May this not be your portion in Jesus name. There are many “Adams” today who have abdicated their responsibility. The average man out there is a hunter; busy chasing money in the day and sleeps off at night. The Bible says when men slept the enemy came and sowed tares (Matt. 13:23). It is only the spirit of God that can transform a hunter to a shepherd.

Pray –

• Father, please raise responsible men. Let every man that has abdicated their priesthood office return and tremble at your word in the name of Jesus.
• Lord, visit every man who has abandoned their roles in the home in the name of Jesus. Raise up priests, God fearing men who can rule their families the right way like Abraham, men who will take their families back to God and stand in the gap in the name of Jesus.
