DEALING WITH AGENTS OF DARKNESS II

It is for this reason that the world is the way it is. That is why we must learn to define success properly and it must start from the Church but not with the kind of messages emanating from most pulpits today, these messages cannot raise any spiritual person. If you are not a God chaser, how can you lead your family to God? Husband is not a title, it is a ministry, it is responsibility.

“The Lord reigneth, he is clothed with majesty; the LORD is clothed with strength, wherewith he hath girded himself: the world also is stablished, that it cannot be moved. Thy throne is established of old: thou art from everlasting. The floods have lifted up, O LORD, the floods have lifted up their voice; the floods lift up their waves. The LORD on high is mightier than the noise of many waters, yea, than the mighty waves of the sea. Thy testimonies are very sure: holiness becometh thine house, O LORD, for ever.”

Pray –

• Lord, I dedicate my life to you, I enthrone you over my body, over my soul, my spirit, my mind, my will, my emotion, my initiative, my personality. I enthrone you as Lord over my family, over my business, over my finances, over my ministry, over my investments.
• I enthrone you as Lord in the day, Lord in the night, Lord as I go out, Lord as I come in, Lord in every facet of my life. Thank you Lord, Jesus. May your name be magnified in the powerful name of Jesus.

“We acknowledge, O LORD, our wickedness, and the iniquity of our Fathers: for we have sinned against thee. Do not abhor us, for thy name’s sake, do not disgrace the throne of thy glory: remember, break not thy covenant with us. Are there any among the vanities of the Gentiles that can cause rain? or can the heavens give showers? art not thou he, O LORD our God? therefore we will wait upon thee: for thou hast made all these things.”

Jeremiah 14:20-22, KJV

What the forefathers did was to leave a legacy of idolatry. If you study Exodus 20:3-5, you will see how God treats it. The curse that follows idolatry is generational. Anywhere idolatry is entrenched, things don’t add up. All you have are contradictions, paradoxes – you see a place of wealth and want.

Pray –

• We renounce every claim of idolatry over our lives. We break and loose ourselves from anything that has to do with idolatry of our father’s and our forefathers. Lord, we acknowledge that they missed it, have mercy, O God.
• Identificationally, we renounce every evil sacrifice, every evil agreement, anything that was done contrary to your purposive will, any evil initiation, any hex, any curse, every vex, every jinx, anything that works contrary to your purposive will, Lord, we break away and ask you to intervene. Set us free from the lineage of idolatry. Set us free from the generational curses that follow idolatry in the name of Jesus.
