BLESS THE LORD
”Bless the LORD, O my Soul: and all that is within me, bless his holy name,
Bless the LORD, O my Soul, and forget not all his benefit:
Who forgiveth all thine iniquities; who healeth all thy diseases;
Who redeemeth thy life from destruction; who crowneth thee with lovingkindness and tender mercies, who satisfieth thy mouth with good things; so that thy youth is renewed like the eagles’. (psalm 103: 1 – 5)
Anytime you bless the LORD from the depth of your heart, you schedule a harvest of showers of blessing and you destroy the mystery of ingratitude. It is possible for one to get so carried away by the pressure of need that one forgets God’s boundless benefits. He has chosen us (1:4)
He has predestinated us (1:4)
He has accepted us (1:6)

He has forgiven us (1:7)
He has abounded toward us in wisdom (1:8)
He has made known to us the mystery of His will (1:9)
He has sealed us (1:13)
He has enlightened our understanding (1:18)
He has raised us to sit in heavenly places (2:6)
For each of the benefits above and more bless the LORD from your heart. Don’t procrastinate. Do it now.
