Everyone in the world today needs an anointing that makes things progressively better. When you find that anointing, please key into it. 1. The key of enough is enough. Some of the people who practiced this in the Bible are:
   A. Hannah. A time came when Hannah determined that things must change; barrenness must come to an end. 1 Sam. 1:9-18. Hannah was persistent even in the face of the high priest, who seeing her lips move as she prayed, thought that she was drunk. Her prayer was from the heart. There are situations that call for importunity in prayer; passionate prayer that makes heaven respond.
   
   B. The prayer of Jabez. 1 Chro. 4:9-10. The chapter starts with a genealogy but when Jabez was mentioned, there was a change. Something was added. “And Jabez was more honourable than his brethren”. This is because he did what others didn’t do. There was something about Jabez; he was born in distress as such he was named distress, sorrow. Whenever his name was mentioned it was a bad name, he was carrying a bad name. Remember that your name gives you identity. He took a decision that things must change and said “the circumstances of my birth need not define my destination in life”. He looked around and knew that no other person could help him except the God in heaven, the most high. He cried to God in heaven passionately. His prayer was an expression of deepest wisdom. “And Jabez called on the God of Israel, saying, Oh that thou wouldest bless me indeed, and enlarge my coast, and that thine hand might be with me, and that thou wouldest keep me from evil, that it may not grieve me! And God granted him that which he requested.” It was a powerful one sentence prayer that changed everything. One sentence prayer that broke limits and destroyed evil seals of limitation and changed the life of Jabez from sorrow to most honourable.
