SEVEN TOXIC ATTITUDES TO AVOID IN THE WILDERNESS VI

Avoid the following toxic attitudes like plagues if you want to have victory in the wilderness: –

3. Defiance CONT’D.
Defiance is the music of the world today; ‘just do it, it doesn’t matter’. Whatsoever you do shall be the whole of the law – that is a message from Lucifer. If it feels good with it, just do it. That is a prescription for anarchy. Anything that is not in line with the word of God cannot please him. If you walk in it, you are walking in rebellion. Before God, rebellion is as serious a sin as witchcraft. Wherever you find rebellion, you will find anarchy because it is produced by extreme pride. When ignorance mixes with pride, it produces stupidity. Ignorance plus pride equals stupidity. Every proud person is ignorant because there is nothing you have that you were not given, why then behave as if you are the giver? Anyone who rebels against the word will end up in the world. There are so many dimensions of pride. You cannot have rebellion in your heart and attack witchcraft successfully. This is one of the reasons why a lot of people fail in spiritual warfare. The devil knows their history and will always use it against them. This is why a lot of prayers don’t fly. A lot of people don’t understand the technical dimensions of the word of God. If God says you should not sin, it is not because your sin affects him. Just as a father will advise his son not to go in a wrong direction, if he does the father will not die, but it is for the good of the son. God knows that sin will demean his glory in your life and because he loves you, he does not want you to be battered. Sin leads to nakedness. Sin dehumanizes, demotes and disrobes. This is no longer well emphasized in the Church today; it is one of the tragedies of modern day Christianity. Thankfully, a revival is coming.

Pray –

• Lord, please deliver me from every manifestation of pride in the name of Jesus Christ, deliver me from every trace of it in my heart. I do not want to have a bit of it.

• In any way that I have acquired any seal of Lucifer, I renounce every such seal, I hate him and I hate his seals in the name of Jesus. I declare my total liberation from defiance, from pride and from rebellion in the name of Jesus.

• Grant me grace, Lord, never again to rebel against the authority of your word in the name of Jesus. Amen.
