VICTORY IN THE WILDERNESS 2E

Isa 41:12 says, “Thou shalt seek them, and shalt not find them, even them that contended with thee: they that war against thee shall be as nothing and as a thing of nought.” Whatever problem is troubling you right now shall disappear. You will look for it and shall no longer find it in the mighty name of Jesus.
Touch your heart and pray –

  • God is with me, he indwells me, therefore, I shall not panic, I shall not be afraid. I shall not be ashamed because he is with me in Jesus’ name. He will work things out for me in the mighty name of Jesus.

Isa 41:13 says, “For I the LORD will hold thy right hand, saying unto thee, Fear not; I will help thee.” In the wilderness, you need the hand of God to uphold you. If you have ever had an encounter in the wilderness, you will appreciate the importance of a guide, a leader who knows the way. Never you follow a leader that has missed the way or who does not know where he is going. The consciousness of the abiding presence of God in you is the only thing that can deter you from sinning. Why did Joseph run away from Potiphar’s wife? It was the fear of God. The presence of God will help you to run away from what displeases God. The only place you can commit sin and be free is where God cannot see you. That place does not exist!

Will temptations come? Absolutely! The wilderness is the terrain of the tempter; his place of abode. That is why you need to be addicted to the presence of God if you want to have victory in the wilderness. There is no short cut! Hold on to his word and continue to declare it. You need to learn how to celebrate and appropriate his word. Plant his word in your heart, build on his word. Eat his word. Feed your spirit man. The greatest problem of man is LUST. Man was defeated in the garden but the Son of God, who is the way, defeated the same devil in the wilderness. If you are a born again child of God, you have no excuse. You should beat the devil hands down in the wilderness of life.

You will not lose in any battle in the name of Jesus. From this day, the Lord makes your head stronger than the head of your enemies. Anywhere the battle is fought, you will be victorious in the name of Jesus. Amen.
