2021/2022 OPERATION 18-18 DAY 7J (CONFRONTING IDOLATRY II)

Anything that will make one to miss the rapture is one’s greatest enemy. No idolater will make it to heaven. Do not tolerate anything that defiles and damns your soul. Just imagine how the world will be after the rapture. With the restraining power of the Holy Ghost taken away, the anti-christ will bare its ugly fang. After the rapture, gross darkness will cover the face of the world. You cannot afford to miss the greatest air-lift in human history. The rapture of the church can take place any moment from now. Apostle Paul describes the rapture in 1 Thes 4:16-17: “For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.”

As a child of God, it pays to live in readiness for the soon coming king. How prepared are you for the rapture? Assuming it takes place today, will you fly? No one ever stumbles into Heaven by chance. You work hand in hand with Jesus to get there. Make Heaven your focus and everything down here will be like toys. It appears the more the rapture draws closer, the more earth bound many people become. The system of this world is so designed that if one is not careful, one may chase money into the grave. Jesus says in Matt 6:33: “But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.” Notice the emphasis is on “seek ye first”. Remember that anything you chase will always be ahead of you. It is so easy today to chase money and relegate God to the background. Mammon is the god of this world. The love of it is the root of all evil. No one can serve God and Mammon. It is so easy to get into modern day idolatry. Many people will be so busy chasing money when the trumpet will sound that they will be oblivious of the rapture. Only those who are tuned to the frequency of Heaven through the blood of Jesus Christ will fly.

• Dear Heavenly Father I thank you for sending your son to die for me. I thank you that through his death, burial and resurrection, I have access to your throne of grace. Jesus I confess you as my Lord and personal saviour. I enthrone you as my guaranteed ticket for the rapture. You have gone to prepare a place for me, please prepare me for that place so that where you are, there I will be with you forever.
  
• Deliver me from earth bound encumbrances and help me to live in readiness for your coming. I depend on you to finish well and finish strong, and make heaven at last. Amen.
