PRAYER FOR THE JOURNEY AHEAD 4B (DEALING WITH MOUNTAINS)

Zech. 4:6-7 says, “Then he answered and spake unto me, saying, This is the word of the LORD unto Zerubbabel, saying, Not by might, nor by power, but by my spirit, saith the LORD of hosts. Who art thou, O great mountain? Before Zerubbabel thou shalt become a plain: and he shall bring forth the headstone thereof with shoutings, crying, Grace, grace unto it.” The Holy Spirit is the spirit of grace. Grace moves mountain. Grace has so much power concentrated and consecrated and under the control of the Holy Spirit. That is why when grace smiles at you, mountains move. May this year be a graceful year for you in the name of Jesus. It is not going to be by toiling, or by your efforts, it is going to be by grace. With so much grace, it means there is an anointing following you; anointing destroys yoke.

A man of God described anointing as the yoke-destroying, burden-removing power of God. Just imagine the power concentration that is in the anointing. However, that is only one dimension of it. The second dimension of the anointing is wisdom. You have the wisdom and power combined; it takes wisdom to reign and power to rule. We need the two. We must rule over our adversaries and reign in the land of captivity. We must reign with our Lord and saviour Jesus Christ with all yokes destroyed and to reign in this world, we need a lot of wisdom.

The end time move of God will be loaded with these two dimensions of power and wisdom of God. We have the concentration of wisdom and power of God in the person of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. He is the wisdom and power of God. Celebrate him. He is the essence and substance of our lives. Absolute power resides in him and he has given us this power, authority to trample upon serpents and scorpions and over all the power of the enemy and nothing shall by any means hurt us. Appreciate him for who he is and for all he has done for us. He is worthy of all our praise.

PRAYER

• Appreciate this wonderful saviour of mankind. Our Lord and Saviour, our redeemer, our deliverer, our shield, our rock, our fortress, mediator of the new and better covenant, our sanctifier, justifier and glorifier, our portion, propitiation, atonement. He is the Passover lamb – the lamb of God that was slain for the remission of our sins, the one who reconciles us to the Father, our eternal high priest and eternal bridegroom, the Lord strong and mighty, the Lord of hosts, King of kings, Lord of lords, the commander of the armies of heaven, our intercessor, our guaranteed ticked for the rapture, Jesus Christ, king of glory.
• Thank you Jesus, I celebrate your faithfulness, I lift up your banner and exalt you. In your name, mountains skip, you have given us a name that is above every other name. Thank you because whenever I call upon your name you answer me. Thank you blessed Lord, I worship and adore you, in Jesus name.
