AN ENCOUNTER WITH JESUS THE HEALER VIII

Unfortunately, the Church has thrown away the cross as the symbol of dominion and adopted lion and eagle which are symbols of Babylon according to Dan. 7:4, “The first was like a lion, and had eagle’s wings: I beheld till the wings thereof were plucked, and it was lifted up from the earth, and made to stand upon the feet as a man, and a man’s heart was given to it”. If you follow Babylon, you will miss God’s kingdom and land in the kingdom of Nimrod. Easter is associated with Nimrod; the same period that was used to mourn Tammuz the adulterous son of queen Semiramis and Nimrod is the same period that the Church chose as Lenten period. The essence of this message is to make you return to the cross.

There is healing in the word of God. Prov. 4:20-22, “My son, attend to my words; incline thine ear unto my sayings. Let them not depart from thine eyes; keep them in the midst of thine heart. For they are life unto those that find them, and health to all their flesh. Keep thy heart with all diligence; for out of it are the issue of life”. The greatest anti snake you can plant is the word of God. Whenever you study the Bible, go for the health that is in the word. Discover the healing anointing that is in the word of God. Remember that Jesus Christ is the Word that was made flesh. It is your responsibility to keep your heart with all diligence; eyes on the ball. Keep the snake away.

Verse 24-26 says, “Put away from thee a forward mouth, and perverse lips put far from thee. Let thine eyes look right on and let thine eyelids look straight before thee. Ponder the path of thy feet, and let all thy ways be established”. A snake’s way is perverse. Wherever there is a snake, there will be perversion. How do you identity a perverse heart? Out of the abundance of the heart, the mouth speaks. The way of the snake is crooked – a little to the right and a little to the left. Break away from the snake and become an upright person. Tune to the frequency of the word of God. Tune to the frequency of light. Tune to the frequency of life. Tune to the frequency of heaven. No good thing will the Lord withhold from those who walk uprightly according to Psalm 84:11. 

Encounter Jesus the healer; Jesus will straighten your heart. An encounter with the word of God is an encounter with Jesus. You will learn to hate what God hates and love what he loves. You will learn to be complete and total in obedience. You will learn to flee from every appearance of evil. You will acquire the nature of the anointed One; Jesus Christ is the anointed One (Christos – Messiah).

• Father I thank you for your love in giving us your dear son Jesus Christ the savior of mankind. I celebrate the victory of our Lord Jesus Christ on the cross at Calvary and appropriate this victory in every facet of my life. Grant me the grace to fall in love with you over and over again, and never to substitute this love for anything else in Jesus’ name. Amen.
