2022/2023 OPERATION 18-18 – (APPROPRIATING THE CLEANSING MINISTRY OF THE BLOOD OF JESUS III)

If God could solve the problem of sin, there is no problem he cannot solve. He solved the problem of darkness by legislation, “let there be light and there was light”. But when he was addressing this particular issue and in order to show the enormity of it, God had to release his very best – his only begotten Son. Meditate on this. Your salvation is free but not cheap. Never you trivialize it. The greatest miracle is that of salvation. The greatest display of love is the extreme sacrifice on the cross. Love makes. It is the truest definition of love – agape, God’s kind of love, which transforms and makes somebody out of a nobody. True love ennobles. True love uplifts. True love promotes. True love is selfless. Wherever you find selfishness, there cannot be love, what you have is perversion. The perversion of love is lust. That is what is celebrated in the world today; this is what most worldly musicians sing about. That is the one they know. The greatest definition of love is, “Let us make man in our image, after our likeness” (Gen. 1:26^a). Everything God created has a purpose. The creation of man is the apogee of God’s creation. God had to become man, died on the cross in order to make God out of fallen man, in order atone, in order to lift and in order to make us like him. You must understand it from this perspective because what you don’t understand, you cannot celebrate. What you don’t recognize you cannot value and that is the reason why today, people don’t value even the salvation package. They don’t really value their relationship with God, at best they give him ten percent. The average Christian today is too idolatrous in the heart to know God; too encumbered and misses it where it matters most. Misplaced priority is one of the greatest problems of man today – chasing shadows and missing God. You need to place value on things that have eternal value. The Bible says, “For what shall it profit a man, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul?” (Mark 8:36). A lot of things are lawful but not all things are profitable. God gave us a free will, the right to choose. Never forget this – for every decision, there is a price. Fallen man knows how to make wrong decisions. Fallen man lost the ability to think and choose right. Man acquired a diseased perception of reality at the fall, incapable of choosing right. One of the greatest things God did for us when he sent his Son was to redeem us from wrong choices. If you are not tuned to the frequency of heaven, you are likely to make wrong destiny decisions, no matter how clever you are, no matter how knowledgeable you are, in fact, the more knowledgeable, the worse. That is why every wise person should humble him or herself before the hand of the almighty God. Surrender your will to God. The greatest prayer you can ever pray is – Lord, let your perfect will be established in every facet of my life.
