2022/2023 OPERATION 18-18 – (APPROPRIATING THE CLEANSING MINISTRY OF THE BLOOD OF JESUS V)

The Bible is a book of decisions, that is why you have about 321 ‘ifs’ in the New Testament alone. ‘If’ connotes your right to choose whether to follow God or not. One of the things that man learnt when Adam fell is buck-passing; to look for whom to blame for their problems including blaming God. Such people find it difficult to obey simple instructions. Anyone who cannot truly look inwards cannot truly pray to a holy God. Such people keep looking in the wrong direction, they pray with their lips while their hearts are far away from God. In the place of prayer, God listens more to the heart than the word of mouth. Your mouth may be saying the right thing but if your heart is not in agreement with your words, God calls it hypocrisy and it comes with judgment. May we not regard any iniquity in our heart in the place of prayer. We need to have a zero tolerance level for sin. Truth is a Spirit and the Holy Spirit is the spirit of truth, the spirit of holiness, the spirit of sanctification. God died just to make us saints. If you don’t have the spirit of truth, you need to talk to God and ask him to help you. In fact, you need deliverance because deception or lying is one of the seven seals of Lucifer and anyone with one single seal of Lucifer is in trouble. Don’t forget that everyone will end up in the home of their owner. He that seals you has sealed your destiny. It is only the seal of God that guarantees that you will end up in heaven. The spirit that leads you is the spirit that determines the seal you bear. Lying spirit is prevalent among a lot of Church going people today. They lie and feel nothing! Are you still struggling with lies? This is the classical deliverance you need. Rom. 8:9^b says, “Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of his.” The Living Bible version says, “he is not a Christian at all!” What is the spirit of Christ, John 14:6,

“Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.”

Truth is life. Truth is light. Truth is simple. Truth is consistent. Truth is clear. Truth explains all. The best life is the life of truth. Truth is freedom that is why the Bible says, you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free (John 8:32). Whoever does not know the spirit of truth is in bondage.

The Bible says where the spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty (2 Cor. 3:17). You cannot be liberated if you are holding on to any lie. The worst mistake anyone can make is to fall in love with a liar. If you are a lady trusting God for a life partner, please pray. Two men came to ask for the hand of a sister in marriage at about the same time. I was so excited because I have been praying for this sister for years. She brought one of them to me and physically, I liked him because he looked very responsible. I was very busy the day he came to see me but I asked him a couple of questions to which he gave good answers. I tipped him as good temporarily but asked him to repeat the visit a week later. Before going to bed that night, I prayed and God opened my eyes. My spirit was dampened. I was asked to confront him, that he is married and has a child. The next time he came, I confronted him. His countenance changed immediately and he confirmed eventually that he was married and had a child but that the child died. He also told me some funny stories about his first marriage. I asked him why he decided to hide this information from me in the first place. One of the attributes of truth is transparency. Anything that is kept in the dark is not clear and that is where demons love to hide. This is why a lot of people go to Church year in year out without any change. They are not ready to bring things to light so that the demons can be dislodged. The young man took offence and kept blaming the sister for telling me about his past. Of course, he never knew that the sister was also hiding this information from me forgetting that the Holy Spirit is the spirit of revelation. Eventually, the man opened up to the sister that he has a grown up girl. Does this sister have the mind to take the right decision? May you always choose right. If you make up your mind to live a life of truth, you will be amazed how beautiful your life will turn out.

• Heavenly Father thank you for the generous provisions you have made for our well being here, and hereafter. I ask you to grant me the grace to live and walk in the light of your word, all the days of my life in Jesus’ name.
