2022/2023 OPERATION 18-18 – (COVENANT OF DIVINE HEALTH/HEALING IV)

As a reminder, I want to emphasize at least five reasons why Christians fall sick.

1. Sin.
Every tragedy in life is as a result of disobedience. One instruction disobeyed is responsible for every tragedy in life including sickness, disease, distress, disharmony, poverty, scarcity, lack, the curse that came as a result of the fall of man. Sin brings curse which is the opposite of blessing while obedience brings blessings. Deut. 28:1-14 enumerates this while verses 15-68 specify the curses that follow disobedience.

2. Ignorance.
This is a major cause of sickness and there is plenty of it today in the world, too much ignorance. Ignorance of who we are in Christ. Ignorance of what Christ has done for us. Ignorance of what we have in Christ. Any form of ignorance predisposes you to wrong choices. Today, you see people poison themselves while thinking that they are enjoying life, ignorant of the fact that they are inviting sickness. You are becoming what you eat! The riches of some people have become a curse because they use their money to buy what is capable of destroying them due to ignorance. A lot of people cannot live up to the age of fifty years because of their lifestyle. Ignorance includes all erroneous beliefs and all true beliefs not amounting to knowledge. The cure for ignorance is knowledge and that is why the Bible emphasized knowledge so much – ‘know’, ‘knowing’.

“And this is life eternal, that they might know thee the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom thou hast sent”.

John 17:3 KJV

A lot of people die in the hospitals because of wrong prescriptions. A sister was healed of cancer miraculously, 2500 tumor count was reversed to 20 when the demon of cancer left her to the glory of God. She had an encounter with Jesus the healer. Jesus is still healing people today. I believe that ignorance has killed a lot of people.

3. Satan and all his demons and all his agents.
A lot of sicknesses are spiritual in nature. A spiritual sickness cannot be cured by any pill. If you use any pill, the demon will feast on it and become fatter and that person’s case becomes worse. I got an emergency call from one of our Sisters who rushed their daughter to a nearby hospital many years back. Her husband was a medical doctor but he was helpless at that point. After praying over the child, God intervened and the daughter was revived. Her husband called me aside afterwards and said that every hospital should have a pastor. During our deliverance ministrations, we have seen people vomit the demon of cancer and depression. Depression is a legion of demons which enter people and take them to the ditch, if nothing is done, that ditch becomes their grave. It is a destroyer that comes with other demons like the demon of suicide. It is ravaging the world today. The antidote is the word of God, the incarnate word, the revealed will of God, Jesus Christ, the healer. He is the same today, yesterday and forever (Heb. 13:8). Download the blessings of redemption. The fact that every other person is picking it does not mean you should; your case must be different. There is a seal of the Holy Ghost in you. You are the redeemed of the Lord and you need to know it. May you not be a partaker of any sickness whatsoever in Jesus’ name. We are already in the end time, so many more plagues will still emerge. Up till today there are many variants of the Covid-19 virus ravaging the world. Whoever tells you that the world will get better is not a student of prophecy. Things are not going to get better in the world but things can get better for you because you are a child of God, bought with the precious blood of Jesus and sealed with the seal of the Holy Ghost, the seal of distinction. God can make a Goshen for you in ‘Egypt’; so shall it be concerning you in the mighty name of Jesus Christ.
