2022/2023 OPERATION 18-18 – (FIRE OF HIS PRESENCE 1C)

At the first Bible school I attended in 1994, at that time, the ministry did not believe in deliverance. The wife of the general overseer taught us family life and during one of the lectures, she was moved to ask us to hold the next person to us and pray that whatever is holding the person down from having a good marriage should be destroyed.

By that time, the fire of God’s presence was already burning in my hands and in as much as I didn’t want to disobey her, I was a bit careful and kept to myself. A young lady left her seat and came straight to me with her outstretched hand. Reluctantly, I stretched my hands. As soon as my palm touched hers, she screamed and started rolling all over the place scattering the seats.

This fire is capable of correcting errors. One error is enough to debar people from experiencing their real spiritual blessings. A lot of sicknesses are spiritual in nature. We have seen tumors consumed, evil growths dissolved and cancer vomited in the place of prayer and deliverance. Fire makes you an igniter. Fire makes you unstoppable.

“And when the day of Pentecost was fully come, they were all with one accord in one place. And suddenly there came a sound from heaven as of a rushing mighty wind, and it filled all the house where they were sitting. And there appeared unto them cloven tongues like as of fire, and it sat upon each of them. And they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance”.

Acts 2:1-4 KJV

Fire fell in the upper room where one hundred and twenty disciples of our Lord Jesus Christ who, though traumatized, were very focused, they believed and trusted God and gathered in one accord. Before the fire fell, they had been together for days praying. The fire fell at God’s appointed time. Your miracle will happen at God’s appointed time. No power can stop it in the name of Jesus.

In one glorious moment of fulfillment, the fire fell. Three things happened – fire fell, one hundred and twenty tongues of fire measured for every head rested upon them with flames. They were filled with the Holy Ghost and spoke in tongues. The fire of the presence of God makes you a flag officer in the realm of the spirit. Whenever you are moving there is a siren saying ‘touch not’. Fire makes you a touch not person that is why the Bible says, “touch not my anointed” (Psalm 105:15).

My greatest desire is that everyone under this ministration will be baptized by fire today in the name of Jesus. Distance is not a barrier. One of the sisters who joined the fellowship virtually during the covid-19 received the fire baptism online. By that time, she had not even met me physically.

Fire is real. You experience it. You carry it. When the devil tries to attach any nonsense to you, the fire will burn it off. In the New Testament theology, every true child of God is a temple of the Holy Spirit, a living sacrifice, a king and a priest (a royal priest), a peculiar person. We are a people born in due season.

In the old testament, the Spirit came upon people, did wonders and left. But in the New Testament, the Spirit abides. You are an altar. This is a very deep revelation. Anyone you see out there is an altar. However, if they are not children of God, they are altars of other gods. They will bow to you because the ark of God cannot bow to other gods.

The fire does not necessarily come through laying on of hands, but through deep desire from your heart and connecting directly to the precious Holy Spirit while trusting Jesus to baptize you with Holy Ghost and fire. Don’t stop at Holy Ghost baptism alone with the evidence of praying in tongues, press into the fire dimension. Also, covet spiritual gifts: tongues, interpretation of tongues, prophecy, healings, faith, working of miracles, word of knowledge, word of wisdom, and discerning of spirits. The presence of God is to be enjoyed. Enjoy it and there will be evidence. Whenever fire burns, there will be ashes, the results must show.

• Dear Heavenly Father, I thank you for the generous provisions you have made for my well-being here, and hereafter. I thank you for sending your son Jesus Christ to die for me. Jesus, I acknowledge you as my Lord, and personal savior, and ask you to baptize me with Holy Ghost and fire. Keep me aglow for you all the days of my life, amen.
