The second thing God confronted was darkness. It was a stubborn challenge which God did not shy away from. Gen. 1:3, “And God said, Let there be light: and there was light”. God allowed his spirit to brood over, to hover and then he spoke, let there be light. The spirit of God moved. That which had no form was formed. He spoke the world literally into existence through the creative power of his word. The word of God is highly creative. We must be very careful of our attitudes; your attitudes are your evaluative statements overt and covert (overt are the ones that are clear, that you can show.
