OPERATION 18:18,  SUNDAY SERVICE

2024/2025 OPERATION 18-18 – (STRATEGIC DIVINE CONNECTION II)

“There was a certain man in Caesarea called Cornelius, a centurion of the band called the Italian band. A devout man, and one that feared God with all his house, which gave much alms to the people, and prayed to God always. He saw in a vision evidently about the ninth hour of the day an angel of God coming in to him, and saying unto him, Cornelius. And when he looked on him, he was afraid, and said, What is it, Lord? And he said unto him, Thy prayers and thine alms are come up for a memorial before God. And now send men to Joppa, and call for one Simon, whose surname is Peter: He lodgeth with one Simon a tanner, whose house is by the sea side: he shall tell thee what thou oughtest to do. And when the angel which spake with Cornelius was departed, he called two of his household servants, and a devout soldier of them that waited on him continually. And when he had declared all these things unto them, he sent them to Joppa.”
Acts 10:1-8, KJV

Here is a man with wonderful spiritual curriculum vitae. Because he had the right spirit, God connected him divinely. Divine connection is real and is part of the strategic divine positioning. God can also disconnect. For there to be a perfect connection, there must be a disconnection from wrong connections. May God disconnect you from every wrong connection in the name of Jesus. A lot of young ladies are not married today because they are connected wrongly to a man that will eventually disappoint them. In the realm of the spirit, they are considered as being married. I have handled several cases physically and spiritually.

Cornelius was a centurion who had at least about one hundred soldiers at his command. He was devout and he feared God. What a wonderful combination! He never allowed his position to get into his head. Though he was influential, he had reverential fear of God with all his household.

Cornelius was generous. He was a giver who was not giving to get. He was giving with the right motive and with an attitude of love because he loved God and so his vertical relationship with God was consolidated. Out of that flows horizontal relationship with man.

Cornelius prayed continually. He was a worshipper. He was an intercessor, a man of the presence of God. He prayed to God always. Miracles are birthed in the place of prayer. The song writer says, “I found the answer, I learned to pray”. A man of God once said that the greatest thing you can do for God and for man is to pray.

Take note of the wonderful combination. If you are a person of divine presence, there is no how God will not take note of you. His heart condition was perfect. He was consolidated. God took note of that.

What have you been sowing? Clean up completely. Whatever you do is a seed and as long as the earth remains, seed time and harvest shall not cease. If what you are doing or have ever done come to God as a memorial, what will you harvest? This is no longer being taught today. The only seed some people know is money. Any seed that is sown with an imperfect heart amounts to nothing. Your words, actions, thoughts, imagination, smile, text messages are seeds.
