BLESSED BEYOND CURSE (PART 19D) – PRAYER FOR DESTROYING THE SEAL OF FINANCIAL LIMITATION

If you attend a Church where the emphasis is only on ‘give’ ‘giving’ ‘sow a seed’, watch out! There is nothing wrong with giving and sowing but you should have the right motive and the right connection to God. If you are not careful, you will think that that temptation is the answer to your prayer and you will think that sowing a seed from the proceeds can procure God’s endorsement. Giving does not sanctify the process; tithing does not sanctify the process either. God is interested in the process. We need to understand this. If the process is not right, the giving or tithing cannot be endorsed. God can never endorse an evil seal. Anything that is defiled damns; defilement leads to damnation, defilement leads to derobement. Daniel understood this and that was why he purposed in his heart that he was not going to be defiled by eating the well garnished portion from the king’s table (Dan. 1:8).

A Christian needs to have character and good foundation before dabbling into politics. The Bible says “if the foundation be destroyed, what can the righteous do? Psa. 11:3. There is no way a person whose foundation is wrong with one leg in Egypt and one leg out, can resist this kind of temptation. Jesus made a profound statement in Luke 8:36, “For what shall it profit a man, if he shall gain the whole world and lose his own soul? To collect an evil seal with a bag of money because you are in need opens you up to problems. If you collect or share in stolen money, you are a thief.

Remember that seals are for identification. It is a matter of life and death because every evil seal gives the owner access to your life and everyone will end up in the home of their owner. There are only two resting places: heaven and hell. Churches, therefore, have the responsibility to process Christians before sending them into politics. How can you be wining and dining with pigs and not collect their DNA? As a matter of fact, if you are comfortable in their midst, it means that your spiritual DNA has been transformed. Not only is the devil emptying the resources of people, he is also wasting their opportunities, wasting resources, efforts and financial capability.

The Bible says in John 10:10 that, “The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.” The Amplified version describes this abundant life as ‘overflow’. We need to get to that overflow dimension. The devil fights the overflow dimension because he knows that the overflow dimension is for impact.

PRAY:- Dear Heavenly Father I thank You for the wonderful inheritance You have for me. I ask You to make it impossible for me to drink the wine of success that will shut me out of Your presence in Jesus’ Name. Amen.
