THE BATTLE OF RODS – THE ROD OF THE RIGHTEOUS 2C (LIFT UP THE ROD)

Where did the rod of Moses receive impartation? Exo. 4:1-4, “And Moses answered and said, But, behold, they will not believe me, nor hearken unto my voice: for they will say, The LORD hath not appeared unto thee. And the LORD said unto him, What is that in thine hand? And he said, A rod. And he said, Cast it on the ground. And he cast it on the ground, and it became a serpent; and Moses fled from before it. And the LORD said unto Moses, Put forth thine hand, and take it by the tail. And he put forth his hand, and caught it, and it became a rod in his hand.”

The rod of the righteous is for signs and wonders. God wants you to be a miracle looking for where to happen. God wants you to be a miracle worker and not a miracle seeker. God wants to authenticate his word in your life. God wants to use you as a proof producer. God wants the world to know that he has called you. From today, you will never fail God in the name of Jesus. You will use the rod and it will produce far reaching results, testimonies, wonders, miracles and breakthroughs in the name of Jesus. It will produce signs and wonders in your life. You will never again be written off. You will dazzle the world in the name of Jesus.

The world is waiting for your manifestation. People will see you and confess that God is with you. This shall be your testimony in the name of Jesus. People will look at you and declare that truly, you are connected to the most high. They will no longer ask – where is now your God? When they look at your right they will see the move of God. When they look to your left they will see the wonders of God. Behind you, they will see trails of what God has done. In front of you, they will see the glory of God shining to show that the hand of God is with you. The hand of God will be so manifest in your life that every tongue will testify that God is good.

Moses saw his inadequacy. This is always the case when God is giving you a great assignment. Your assignment is always greater than you if it is a divine assignment; if it is a divine assignment, it must always be bigger than you and you will do well to acknowledge that. When things begin to happen through you, it is wisdom for you to recognize that it can only be God. You don’t have a part in it. When I look back at what the Lord has enabled me to accomplish within the period I have been in ministry, it is astounding. Whatever God gives you, he has it in supernatural abundance. It is not about you. It is not about me! It is the hand of God. It is the connection. It is the impartation. The connection with God produces impartation. Your connection is divine connection. If you don’t recognize it, you will underutilize it and be searching for what was not lost.

Moses at the age of forty committed a spiritual blunder because of pride of redemption. As a result, he ran away from Egypt and ended up in the wilderness. That is what happens when people do what they ought not to do. If the call of God is on your life, please wait for the right timing. If you jump before the time, you will end up in the wilderness. It took forty years to take Egypt out of Moses – to take the pride of redemption out of him. How do you know that that was exactly what God wanted to do in his life?

Dear Heavenly Father I thank you for the generous provisions you have made for my well being here and hereafter. Help me to consolidate my connection to you and grant me the grace to walk hand in hand with you so that your purpose will be fulfilled in every facet of my life in Jesus name. Amen.
