The Nature of the Fire of the Holy Spirit

1.  It is a holy fire. It is a fire of sanctification.
   This fire separates you from nonsense. It is a fire of purity. The devil is always on the lookout for those he can dump things on but the fire of the Holy Spirit will sanctify you and separate you from nonsense. This fire makes you hate what God hates and to love what he loves. Without holiness, no one can see God. One of the ways to identify the kind of spirit in anyone is their fruit – what they say, believe, do and how they live.
   
2. It is a consuming fire.
   It is the fire of the presence of God not the fire of your presence. Even when the enemy succeeds in dumping sickness in your body, this fire will consume it. Nothing purifies like this fire.
   
3. It is a healing fire.
   I have seen incredible healing miracles take place in the place of prayer. It is real. The fire makes you a healing agent in a sick world.
   
4. It is the fire of total liberation.
   No one is free who has not experienced the fire of the Holy Spirit. It will separate you from vain traditions. It will liberate you from evil altars, from the things that bind and from evil seals including seals of limitation.
   
5. It is a fire of transformation.
   It transforms you and makes you a transformer. You can see people being transformed from one extreme to the other. It is a kingdom thing.
   
6. It is a fire of restoration.
   Whatever the enemy has tampered with in your life will be restored by the fire of the Holy Spirit.
   
7. It is a glory fire.
   The Holy Spirit is the spirit of burning. The Bible says in Isa. 4:4-6, “When the Lord shall have washed away the filth of the daughters of Zion, and shall have purged the blood of Jerusalem from the midst thereof by the spirit of judgment, and by the spirit of burning. And the LORD will create upon every dwelling place of mount Zion, and upon her assemblies, a cloud and a smoke by day, and the shining of a flaming fire by night: for upon all the glory shall be a defence. And there shall be a tabernacle for a shadow in the day time from the heat, and for a place of refuge, and for a covert from the storm and from the rain.” There is no protection that is near the protection of the glory. The fire of the presence of the Holy Spirit gives you a glory cover. Nothing protects better than the fire of the Holy Spirit.
   
8. The fire of the Holy Spirit will announce you.
   If you are a carrier of this fire, you don’t need any title; wherever you go, you will be distinguished. This fire authenticates the word of God; it authenticates the reality of the Bible; the fact that Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today and forever, that the word of God is eternal.
   
9. This fire produces proofs.
   In this ministry the fire of the Holy Spirit has been producing miracles, deliverances, healings, transformation, restoration, new songs, global impact (the fire is now impacting one hundred and seventy nations to the glory of God).

• Almighty God I worship you. May your name be praised forever in every facet of my life. Jesus, son of the living God I celebrate your Lordship over my life. I ask you to baptize me with Holy Ghost and fire and grant me the grace to live for you all the days of my life. Amen.
