CELEBRATING THE LORD ON HIGH V

One of the things man lost in the Garden of Eden is the ability to make right decisions. Any decision that distracts you from fulfilling the purpose of God is a wrong decision. When Gehazi was negotiating with Naaman, he saw opportunity, he thought he was clever, he thought that his mentor was foolish for refusing to accept the gifts.

I enjoin you to study Matt. 6 from time to time. In verse 33, Jesus said, seek ye first the kingdom of God and his righteousness. It is not your kingdom. The domain where God is King is the kingdom of God not the domain where you are king. You have to turn the center of gravity of your life from self to God if your destination is heaven. The way to do it is the way of the cross. People want to make heaven but they don’t want to go to the cross. That is the error of the present day Christianity messages. Any grace that does not originate from the cross will end in disgrace.

The divine prescription for every man’s malady remains the cross. The cross is the greatest symbol of dominion over sin, over self, over satan (the satanic trinity). There are three ‘ps’ of sin; the power of sin, the presence of sin and the penalty for sin. The cross is God’s prescription for the eradication of these three ‘ps’. That is why if you remove the cross, you go nowhere!

The cross is also the symbol of dominion over sickness, disease, death, hell, darkness. It is the symbol of dominion over poverty, scarcity and lack. So, you can see a comprehensive package designed from the throne of God, the throne of grace for the benefit of mankind. Celebrate God.

The Greek words of salvation is a compound word, ‘sorteria’ and ‘sozo’. It is a compound word that contains protection, eternal life, provision, preservation, every good thing is there. If you don’t have this foundation, you will trivialize what God has done. The error you find in most places today is that people choose the aspect of the salvation package that they want to propagate and remain there forever as if it is the only one. For instance, if ten things are contained in the salvation package and someone decides to choose one, what kind of Christians will he produce? They always claim that that is the message God has given them. God is not the author of confusion. Everything God does he does according to purpose, for a purpose. If he can send his Son to deliver the salvation package for us, will he now endorse anything that does not deliver the comprehensive message?
